Terms and Conditions
- You must already have a live, clean trading account with Rowtex.
- New 2INFIVE service applies to one and (max) two colour prints only.
- Artwork template additional at £20.00 per colour-new or £15.00 per colour-repeat.
- Crisp clean artwork must be supplied with order (preferably Vector based) to ensure the best possible print result.
- Pantone references to be supplied with order or we will colour match to artwork, please state your preference with your order.
- Delivery address to be supplied with your order.
- No pre-production proof or samples will be provided.
- Minimum quantity of 1000 units per artwork/range, maximum order quantity 5000 units applies.
- Order placed by 11am will be dispatched on day 4 to arrive by 12 noon on day 5.
- 5 day lead time calculated from the date a clean order is received, requiring no further clarification.
- All orders are bulked packed.
- Orders can not be changed after receipt without affecting lead time or incurring cost.
